Q. What do I need to provide when ordering a hand~made custom Butler Cottage Bear for celebrating a life of my loved one?

A. When you order a custom hand~made bear from us, you will need to provide a piece of clothing from the loved one: example,  shirt. jeans, blouse, wedding dress etc. Before shipping to us, please make sure each piece of clothing ha sbeen washed or dry cleaned.

Q. If I don't have a piece of clothing of my loved one...can I still get a celebrating life bear? 

A. Yes! Absolutely! We can make your special bear from new fabric with a theme that would suit your loved one. For example,  favorite sports team, love of horses or birds etc. We have all types of fabric or we'll find it for you.

Q. What does it cost to ship my bear to me?

A. Shipping is Included (lower 48 states) in the price quote on our price page...Shipping is normally $10-13, depending on where it is being shipped in the USA (48 states). BUT once again, Shipping is Included (lower 48 states) in the prices. quoted on  price page.
